Processing reads BOM weights, per-hour rates, routing and machine data from the selected month's seed tables.

What the optimiser does:
  1. Computes material kg, fresh compound, and pulverizer kg per SKU.
  2. Looks up kg/hr rate per item — SWR & AGRI use a category-average fallback and are marked estimated rate.
  3. LPT + parallel-split balances load across capable extrusion machines, then produces an unbalanced baseline for comparison.
  4. Downloads Report-11 (all machines) + 11A–D (machine groups).
